Multicolumn Combobox with Column Header

Im trying to use a multi column combobox from this thread Here

Just wondering if there's a way to show Column header from its datasource (sql)
Can't find a property to do this

Ever considered of using a DataGridView?

considered it long time ago and even using it up to now, not just applicable with my current situation. I really need to use combobox as selection (like what is stated in my post) and not datagridview.

anyway thanks for helping, maybe there's work around for this?
