Please how do I Compile and Package a vb.net program (web based) so that I can deploy it on other computers, or better still on a LAN server, where other computers can run it from. I program with VB 2008 (vb.net) but can only run my programs within the local server or manually copy it to another system running VB, I cant compile/package & deploy same on another system where it will run by double clicking the icon.
