I'm very passionate about computers and I love programming so I figured that participating in testing software or being able to participate in some way could truly help me learn C++ better than any prgramming class. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks!

Yes, take programming classes at your local college. I know that isn't what you wanted to hear, but that really is the best and quickest way to learn the language(s).

And get a bachelor's degree if you want to make programming your profession.

Participating in developing and maintaining a real life project will help you, testing software will not help you learning C++
