I want apply it on a WAN network
Is it possible.please give an explanation for me.
How a WAN network established

WAN is a wide area network such as Internet.

so you may want to make your application, a web application.

But if you want a stand alone application that connects to database over the internet, then you need to have a domain name or static ip for your database server.
