Even if someone was inclined to do the whole thing without the slightest effort on your part and post an entire working program, that person would have to ask you to be more specific. I can think of several programs that I could write that might possibly conform to your description, each wildly different from each other.
You know someone is going to have to ask you for details, so why prolong the agony? Just give a full description of the problem in the initial post.
