Hi,

could any one reconmend me a good book can be fast to handle basic php and mySQL.
It will step by step to teach me program begin from web hosting which available for both PHP and MySQL. Do need any software on my computer ? coulp of books when I gone through for a few charpters but still don't know where can I begin to write my first line of program and how can I send to the hosting server to test my works.

Yes. You need a webserver (IIS or apache) , Php and mysql. To learn the basics, you can start Here
