well i want myself to write the code for mesage not copy some code from some site my site is not live it is working in local network now so how i use message board in that site

Unless you have apache, php, and mysql installed on your computer you simple cant.
A message board should be made using a server side scripting language such as php. Therefore it would be impossible to make one locally.
If you do not have the software for this, i would recommend downloading wampserver 2.0
its a powerfull tool that has all the needed elements to do what you want (apache....).
On the otherhand if you already have them installed, could you possibly post a more detailed description of what you want. And what you already know about php.
