I saw a image opening effect that I like so much.
And I would like to ask if anyone knows how can I do this.

If you are talking about the zoom window that appears above the page, there are many javascript scripts / libraries / frameworks that can be used to create this kind of effect. Here's one example.
If you want to be able to write this kind of animation effect yourself, I suggest becoming familiar with and use a javascript library such as jQuery or Mootools
