Is there any way to retrieve cookies and sessions into client-side programming like HTML using javascript..,vbscript..etc..

You can use JavaScript to read/write cookies. You may use cookies to act as session in JavaScript, but you should use server side for session. About how to read/write cookies, you can read it here.
