I am a web designer and specialize more in front end design and graphic work. I need help developing the code for a interface for a client to upload text and PDF file descriptions to a MySQL database. The interface would also facilitate PDF file uploads to a directory plus provide database editing. Could someone direct me to an outsource coder?
