If you want to DIY.
Determine the DB structure req'd first
E.g. Can an user vote more than once? If not how do you prevent this?
Can polls have a number of options as opposed to just 2?

Open results.xml from the source zip file and change the question and answers. Do not forget to reset the votes to 0.
