I need a bit of help...

I am trying to create a simple invoice script... but im stuck on the invoice lines...

I think I can use javascript to add more lines when the user clicks a button but then not sure how to process that list as I am looking for something link this.

Do you want to produce the HTML of the invoice, or a PHP part?
