Hello.
I am working on an auction site using the webid auction script. This is open source and allows for mods. I have several mods to make, and am looking to hire someone to do the mods for me. I am only able to follow a certain budget and jobs are odd jobs. I can't hire by the hour. So, I would like to know if anyone has any advice on where to look for this?
