i want to display report when i click on the name.so which kind of code is required?

Is the report using information pulled from a database? Does the name have an ID number associated with it? Does the database table have a unique key (as they all should)? Is the information to be included in the report coming from more than one database table? The solution can be fairly simple but it all depends on what you are actually trying to do.
