I have a wordpress site, which has 2 back ends for the admin to administer content.
-The wordpress admin login
-a php content management software.
My question is, how can I add this php cms to a wordpress dashboard? What options are available and how can I do it.

Not really sure why you have the two seperate anyway, Wordpress can be manipulated to work like a CMS.
You coud possibly make a program which integrates the two databases and does a checkup every 1-2 hours posting the changes
The 2 cms's are updating the same database
