There is some problems with the page.. Is there a way that I could scale the page so that it fits the screen per scroll>

What is it that you would like to fix with the site?
(Scale the page so that it fits the screen per scroll)

You want that each time it scrolls to a section all information fits the page so you don’t have to scroll down more?

With a one page design layout if you have lots of information on the page you will have to scroll down to see other info as this will varies from different screen size that you are viewing the site on.

Or maybe I do not fully understand your question explain more.
