I was trying and trying to get this to work as expected
I got this chain drop down menu to work but the problem how can I edit or retrieve data to edit pls if you have time look at my script here on (MS oneDrive)
the three drop menus works fine but I need the client to have page to edit this menu so how can I retrieve the data from database again from him to edit

UNlikely somebody is going to download that zip file - you are not a trusted source. Why don't you post your code, so everybody can see it? Not secret is it? If there's too much code, cut it down so you only show the relevant bits.
Your question is not clear. You mention drop down menus. Is it 3 level single drop down? What's the problem with retrieving data from a DB table?
