I think the question you are trying to ask here is; What are the benefits of a WEB strategy? Just like a project cannot be started without a blueprint, a web developer needs to have a web strategy in order to develop and grow a website. So let’s take a look at some of the advantages of having a web strategy:

  2. It helps your SEO personnel to understand who is your target audience
  3. It outlines your do and don't.
  4. Will provide your developer with a path to follow
  5. Ensures that your website is relevant to your business and target audience

These were a few of the main advantages of having a web strategy. However, web strategy is not limited to these advantages. One advantage I can share from my experience is that you save a lot of time as the developers have the exact idea about what you want.
