I am using Visual Studio 2005 (and VB). I have a home page called HomePage.aspx. I have another page called TechTeam.aspx. The TechTeam is to be accessed from the home page via a secure link.
The middle section of the home page should be left blank for notices that can be updated dynamically from the TechTeam page. The title for this should be Notices. How can I do this?. Please, if possible, give the code as well.

if you want it to have adynamic middle you could either use master pages or frames
