I receive an error on system startup like the one in the attachment.

But php_mysql.dll file actually is in C:\Prog\SERVER\PHP\ext folder in my computer. How can I change this incorrect setting?

Check your PHP.INI file. Make sure it knows where your modules are supposed to be loaded from, and check that you're actually loading the php.ini file. (I ran in to this problem installing PHP a couple years ago.)
