Why can't I install ADT Plugin for Eclipse?

Hi, I cannot seem to install the ADT plugin on Eclipse. I am uisng Windows 7 professional. Also, I don't know where to find the error log which it asks me to check. I looked in the plugin directory and can't find the error log.

I did the following:
1. Navigate to Help > Intall New Software
2. Click Add
3. Name: ADT Plugin
Location: https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/eclipse/
4. Select Developer Tools > Next

Result:

checked Android DDMS
checked Android Development Tools
checked Android Hierachy Viewer
checked Android Traceview

Details:
Cannot complete the request. See the error log for details.
"Android Development Tools" will be ignored because it is already installed
"Android Hierarchy Viewer" will be ignored because it is already installed

try clicking Help > About Eclipse > Installation Details

check whether if you have Android Developer Tools in the list.
