I am new to PHP,

I need to create a web page where i have to create a new folder in the menu list with the name given by user.

In detail,

There will be 3 to 4 menus. if user need to add his own menu then we are giving an option to add a menu. if user give a menu name and click the add button then a new folder should open with the name given by the user in the same location or path. Moreover we need to check for availability of the new folder name.
