Any excellent directory scripts?

I'm looking for a decent directory scripts. I've looked at clones, free and commercial. The commercials look promising but am not sure if they really are worthit. I really need to be able to edit the theme/template and wouldn't mind if there were a plethora of themes available. Are there also solutions specifically targeted towards business directories?
