No one would know how you create the page. There could be too many images, image files loaded on the page are big, using a lot of JavaScript to write document instead of use HTML, etc. There are also many factors besides the page implementation: server is slow, the Internet connection is slow, the client computer is slow, etc. You just need to search and read about web page optimization or something.
