Hi,
I'm looking for a great tutorial that shows how to create a HTML/PHP form that emails once it has been submit. Any help would be appreciated!

I'm also using a PHP includes. The contact form is in there. Am i still able to get the contact form to work?

Do a search for 'formmail' There are several available for PHP, complete with good instructions.

Having the actual form as in include should make no difference - so long as it renders properly on the page.
