I have an Excel file that is basically a list of IP addresses and corresponding host names. People need to reference this occasionally so they download the XLS file from the server.
I would like to improve this process.
Is there an easy way to display the data on a web page and edit it - then 'push' or 'publish' it to another web page that would be view only.

First, I am assuming that the data should be taken out of the XLS file and be either a CSV or an XML file - from what I have read so far it sounds like XML would be the way to go.

Any help is appreciated.
