I sent this to Dani: "As I was posting the page would NOT accept a paste and was quite a while before I could actually type??
and she says: she's never had a prob. like that before and maybe someone else has had the same prob. and "It’s really hard to try to debug a problem that cannot be reproduced." for feedback.
well, it happened, no idea why.
'course everything seems to work now like it should.

Sounds like a high traffic situation to me, either from your end or ours. Daniweb is a rather script-heavy site, which means it's more sensitive to any kind of connection slowness than sites which are more static.
