Hi I have IBM lenovo thinkpad edge 15.My webcam donot works well.When I restart the computer again then it starts working.But otherwise it wont work

I use skype with it.

your laptop should have come with webcam software installed by Lenovo does it work ok with that software .
its more likely a problem with skype
