Update your HijackThis to version 1.98.2 and scan with Adaware and Spybot if you haven't already done so. Let them fix what they find. Be sure to reboot between scans. Then rescan with the new hijackthis and post a fresh log.

Also, you shouldn't run hjt from your desktop, it should be in it's own permanent folder (like c:\hjt\hijackthis.exe).

You should also use Windows Update to get all the Critical Updates to help prevent future problems.
