I have removed the backdoor and trojans but still the virus Win32/ Virut.NBP is still in my system.... what should i do next?

For one thing, you didn't update MBA-M. New version came out before I asked you to run it. Newest version is 1.37 and current database is 2184.
Please update the program and run it again.

Now i have updated it to 1.37 with database 2182
i tried updating it yesterday and today but it would just give me a meassage that im not connected to the internet or my firewall is blocking the connection... i tried adding it to the exeption list but still no connection... tried manually downloading it from the site but i can't because i always get a page load error... now i don't really know what to do..

That is the sort of info you really should have included in your previous post :). Judy would have been able to direct you to a manual download.

You now need to run MBA-M with the updated database.

Please download ComboFix by sUBs from HERE or HERE

  • You must download it to and run it from your Desktop
  • Physically disconnect from the internet.
  • Now STOP all your monitoring programs (Antivirus/Antispyware, Guards and Shields) as they could easily interfere with ComboFix.
  • Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
  • When finished, it will produce a log. Please save that log to post in your next reply along with a fresh HJT log
  • Re-enable all the programs that were disabled during the running of ComboFix..

Note:
Do not mouse-click combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.

CF disconnects your machine from the internet. The connection is automatically restored before CF completes its run. If CF runs into difficulty and terminates prematurely, the connection can be manually restored by restarting your machine.

Run Combofix ONCE only!!

thanks for the help... nothing worked so i reformatted my pc... thanks for trying anyway :D
i really appreciate your help

No worries :).
