Hi folks,
I've been getting nasty pop ups whenever I'm online, and now it's getting to the point it's interfering with my search engine. I've ran Avira, Spybot, and Malwarebytes, and it's still there. I'm completely computer illiterate, and need help! Thank you so much whoever can save my computer!

Hey, where is the MBA-M log? We have to see this to hopefully know what you are dealing with, please post that log.

Hi, I couldn't find the MBA log from HijackThis, only from Malwarbytes. Thank you so much for the response!

MBA-M log IS the Malwarebytes' log, has nothing to do with HiJackThis.
Your Malwarebytes' program is WAY out of date. Current version is 1.38 and today's database is 2389. As you can see you are 5 versions behind and 656 databases behind.
Update the program and run it again, Full Scan of course. Have it Remove everything found.
Reboot the computer.
Then run a new HiJackThis full scan, save the log. Post back with both logs.
The absolute rule is ALWAYS update MBA-M before running a scan, it has updates daily, sometimes more than once a day.

My suggestion. Download AnVir Task Manager. When you run it, AnVir shows you all startup programs and Windows processes, so you’ll find harmful file in a minute. I always use it when I clean one’s PC. Sorry for the offtopic.

This thread is one year old. As the original poster never returned I doubt that this suggestion will be used.
