hi I need help I cannot open any program up as this antivirus adware winweb security 2008 has hijacked my computer telling me i have tons of trojans & worms on my computer, it wont let me even open task manager, i can't find it on my computer, please help

Firstly, you have posted in the wrong forum. This should be in the Viruses, Spyware and other Nasties Forum.
Secondly, in that forum there is a sticky thread called Read me before posting a request for assistance right at the top of the forum, you need to follow the instructions in that to the letter.
