Now semi mobil and my computer give me a new horizon for life. In last 4 months my facebook, gmail and yahoo are being hacked by the same guy! Today I got a message from Facebook telling me that "Andy" had been at it again via a Madrid server.
I only know one Andy, and he is a nasty piece of work and I know he messes with IT. I only knew him for a very short while but we did not hit it off!
Anyway, how can I stop him or send him a message that will make him think twice? I have heart disease and the stress of changing passwords every day across the board. He has ruined my wife hotmail account which was irrecoverable! Both our Visa's have been messed with and new cards etc issued. Today again both our cards are blocked. We have to usa aour cards as we cannot carry food etc!
Can I use a password that would block him? Anything.
PS I do use a VST/DAW and down load music ect. I play ebass!

From the sounds of it, this is no longer a script kiddie joke style crime and is turning into a serious criminal offence.

Save as much information, messages, email headers, anything that he has done and create a log. You should then send it to the police as soon as possible, notify your online services such as Facebook and Yahoo that you have been a victim of a serious cyber attack and as I say... report it to the police!

He has taken it too far and it has turned into a Federal Offence.

Well in general, if someone hacks you... you must report them to the police, espicially if they toy around with your money and important data in your computers/devices.

Do what the others said, but do this also.

  1. Shut down your computer (he may have infected it with a keystroke recorder).
  2. Go to another computer that you have NEVER used or communicated with before (the local library is a good option).
  3. Change all of your accounts - names, passwords, etc. Not only bank accounts, but also your facebook, google, and other online accounts.
  4. Only let your MOST TRUSTED friends/family know what your new accounts are, and ONLY after you are sure they have not been hacked by this nutjob! Telling them in person, post, or by phone is reasonable - but NOT online!

Good luck!

He is possibly using a backdoor software installed via a malicious email attachment. Whatever, you should scan for such malwares and remove them. For starters, try:
Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
from: http://www.majorgeeks.com/Malwarebytes_Anti-Malware_d5756.html
=Dclick that file, mbam-setup.exe, to install the application,
-ensure that it is set to update and start, else start it via the icon, and UPDATE it.
Select "Perform QUICK Scan", then click Scan; the application will guide you through the remaining steps.
ENSURE that EVERYTHING found has a CHECKMARK against it, then click Remove Selected.
If malware has been found [and removed] MBAM will automatically produce a log for you when it completes... do not click the Save Logfile button.
Examine the log: if some files are listed as Delete on Reboot then restart your machine before continuing.
Copy and post that log [it is also saved under Logs tab in MBAM].

I can do nothing about the alzheimer's.
