We have a Mac Mini that won't boot; it freezes up about 15 seconds after it begins booting. My boss took it to a Mac store, who tested it and were able to boot it up with no problems. Apparently the problem is on our end, but I have no idea what it could be. I am not that familiar with Macintosh; does anyone have any ideas? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

how far does it get? Are you still at the gray apple with the black pinwheel?

What version of OS X is it?

What troubleshooting have you tried?

Tried booting w/o the network cable? Tried booting in Safe Mode? Tried booting in Verbose mode to track where it stops? Tried booting in Single User Mode to read the logs?
