Getting more RAM usually helps in speeding up a computer. You can also try clocking it. I'm not completely sure how to do this, but I think there is usually a switch that you can use to clock it. There are also programs that can clock your computer. Be careful when clocking though, as it really heats up your computer. I wouldn't suggest it unless you aren't going to do it for long or you have a really good cooling system on your computer.

Thansk for the reply,if anyone knows how to clock my system please reply my pc runs cool i guess its be up for 2days havent restart its temp is 35C.any more infor you guys need please post

Don't overclock unless you can afford to replace you MB and CPU when you fry it !

Ya, overclocking isn't ever a good idea in my opinion. I'd go with more RAM if I were you. But if you must overclock, do be careful.
