Problem: After installing Windows Vista on my laptop, my display is showing vertical colored lines in Red Green and Blue. There are three lines specifically that show. Two of them are symetrical (the same distance from the center and the third is nearly touching one of those two.

Will post more this afternoon when I have the laptop information available.

Thanks.

Have you installed the most recent video drivers from the HP site? If they dont work, try the current video drivers from the nvidia site.

What screen resolution, colour depth and refresh rate are you running at?

P.S there seems to be a hardware problem with HP laptops (but it seems to mainly be the Pavillion ZDxxxx range.
