Anyone know if they've released a 64bit version of Group Policy Management Console?

I need one bad =(

none according to this faq info .
http://technet2.microsoft.com/windowsserver/en/technologies/featured/gp/faq.mspx

Where can I find the 64-bit version of GPMC?
A.

The current version of GPMC will operate on the 32-bit versions of Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 and can remotely manage Group Policy objects on 64-bit domain controllers. The current version of GPMC does not include a 64-bit version, and the 32-bit version does not run on 64-bit platforms. Windows Vista will include 32-bit and 64-bit versions of GPMC.

so how do you

remotely manage Group Policy objects on 64-bit domain controllers.

?

shucks... =(

I really need gpmc... it's so hard to apply gps without it.

I have no clue how to even... all I was taught was using gpmc

Hello
You can get GPMC running on x64 platform as an x86 application.
When you download GPMC and try and install it it syas you need a .NET framework, it's looking for 1.1. You don't need .Net 1.1, .Net 2.0 that comes with the OS will do.
What you have to do is edit the GPMC.MSI with Orca for example and take out the requirement for .Net.
I've had to do it a number of times so I have put ORCA.MSI and brief instructions (if you want to do it yourself) and a modified GPMC.MSI (if you your don't) on my web site.

Hope that helps.
