good day to all...

does anyone here have a basic tutorial on how to program using C for zigbee...?
its just that i have a very important project task in my work which should be accomplished for three months:'( ...i do have basic...i mean enough knowledge programming in C but considering another technology(which is ZigBee) - i think would really slow me down in doing the said project...please...help me...

Did you find this ?

yes, i've browsed through those pages but its kinda long to read all those specs...considering 3months of development, is there any brief tutorial other than those specifications provided by the alliance?

anyways, thanks for the help:-)

I don't know. Maybe ask them if they have tutorial or sample code ?

go to zigbee.

become a member

join their forums.

discuss zigbee questions there.

when you have C-language questions, come back here

hello

I'm doing a project to finish my degree. I need how to program zigbee protocol too. Can you help me.
Thanks

My email is <snipped>

I think it's an example of incorrect help request. I'm sure that you can't implement ZigBee protocol stack in C from the scratch. Look at TI Z-Stack free product (ZigBee compliant protocol stack):
http://focus.ti.com/docs/toolsw/folders/print/z-stack.html - download ~13 Mb zip. So it's not a problem - it's impossible for lonely heroes (or may be it's a job for at least two years in 7/24 mode).

If you want to implement your code over ready-to-use ZigBee stack - it's the other story. But all these stacks were implemented in specific environments - what's yours?

Hello,

really, I only want a transmisor/receiver system. In C or C++ or nestC or others.

thanks

This is only a part of my project. If this part is done, why I can`t get it?
My teacher says to me that is not a problem!!

Here is how to do it

for(;;)
{
    read post #5;
}

have you found a sample c code for the zigbee ??

commented: didn't you bother to read this thread??? -5

sure, here you go.... this should do it:

for(;;)
{
    read post #11;
}
