Using format NOW will just show the current time but the time will not run.
Is it possible to make it to make the time keep running??

use timer control. Set Enable as True in timer properties

you can add timer tool and write code like that

Private Sub Timer1_Tick(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles Timer1.Tick
Label1.Text = Now
End Sub

and in your form load do that

Timer1.Interval = 200
Timer1.Enabled = True
Label1.Text = Now
