these are only gifs ... you can create them using any animation program including flash.

How do you want your avatar to be?? do you want two images blinking one after the other or some move sequence or something else....

I dont know a lot of flash ... but I know incissor know flash so you can ask him .. if he helps. I usually use ulead gif animator for animations.
