Hi All!

Greetings from NC - I am a student at East Carolina University, where I am taking a Visual Basic class. Unfortunately for me, this class is online, and I am not "getting it" as much as I would like to. Which is how I ended up here at DaniWeb.

Hopefully at some point I will be able to answer some questions, but for right now, I'm in the asking mode.

Is it "classic" vb or vb.net?

For a basic beginners guide, the Microsoft press .NET books are good (the ones with tools/diy equipment on the front) . Should have a copy of them in your library.
