I have a small Houston-based computer shop where I offer all kind of accessories, including gaming system, PCs and laptops for homes and offices, and more. Hello Hazel Bae, the problem you are facing is not uncommon. Many businesses like yours face the same issue. This problem arises when we believe too much in the quality of our product and ignore the marketing aspect of business.
Unfortunately, no matter how extra ordinary is the quality of your goods, if your business lacks behind in marketing, you won't receive the desired sale.
Understand it in this manner; If you have found the solution to world hunger, but you are not able to reach the authorities who can practically implement it, your hard work will simply go down the drain. The same goes with your business; no matter how excellent products you offer, if they can't reach the ideal customers, you won't generate any profit from them.
