Tab Key Not Working

Hiii all,

Their are some fields on the panel.But if you press tab key, it is not focusing the next text/field.I checked TAB sequence ,which is assigned sequentially to each field. I also checked TAB STOP property.,
Still it is not working.

If any one knows the solution for that send me a reply.
