Hi

I want to make my career in Oracle and there are different streams in Oracle like : FUNCTIONAL , TECHNICAL AND DEVELOPMENT.

I am quite confused choosing a stream,which will help me in getting my dream job and will offer me good growth in an Organization, so that i can help my parents. Please Advice me.

2) Than the technical and functional departments are engaged?

Technical will always be a job security option to be considered. There will always be flaws in the software that will need the support of technical staff.

Development secures a good income and ensures job satisfaction if you like challenges. It will however not always ensure permanent employment.
