I'm not sure but you can use windows movie maker for this purpose .... and ofcourse Adobe premiere is a lot better and advanced tool for this purpose.

At work, I use an old copy of Vegas Video (which includes Vegas Audio).
At home, I use a free program called Audacity ( http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ ) to record and edit myself reading stuff to learn in the car. I really like the program, it can do multiple tracks, and it's available for a variety of OSes.

I have heard good things about the Blaze software. I have never tested it as i also use audacity. but it is loacted here, http://www.blazemp.com/
