Outscoucing to China,isn't a good idea? There are so many people who have exp. in web-designing and software developing,they can speak English and it cost less......
I am kevin from China . I set up a company 2 years ago.We focus on web-designing and software developing. also,we are doing some projects outscoured from USA and Japan.
I wander if we can co-operate,you can outsouce some IT related projects to us,and we form a long term win-win relationship.
