I want to create a login page. Login page contain as usual below elements

  1. text user name
  2. inputbox username
  3. text user password
  4. inputbox password
  5. submit button

all elements r in a div. I want that, the div will be center both horizontally and vertically . How can I do that. CSS or Javascript may be used.
