I have a really low frame rate in games [mainly talking about world of warcraft but it applies for other multiplayer games too, i cannot run team fortress 2 games smoothly ] which Ive always blamed on my old video card... but comparing with my friends, they have similiar comps and video cards but a WAY better framerate and their settings arent all on low.
I'll be getting, say, 2-3 fps in a really crowded area in a game, vs 30 on theirs. Drivers are updated for my video card too.
