Hi everyone,
So i recently purchased 2GB of ram. When i installed them, my dxdiag showed a total of 1GB and the crucial scan only showed 1GB total with 512mb per stick. I tried booting with 1 stick and that yet again showed 512mb. I know the rams are seated properly and the CPU-Z scan showed the stick were indeed 1gb each. I am clueless on whats wrong since the crucial scan did say my mobo and the ram are compatible. Is there anyway to get it to register the other half? Help greatly appreciated!

-Ram: Crucial Ballistix Tracer PC2-6400
