I currently run a fan based cooling system, and my room is unnaturally hot. I've wanted to change it to a liquid cooling system. Can the heat sink on my processor be removed? Or has the thermal gel between the two bonded them together?
(I custom built my computer myself. I feel silly for not knowing the anwer to this question)
